Swatch Sued U.S. Dealers

The watch group Swatch has the U.S. discounter Target sued for the distribution of copies of his plastic watches.

The second-largest U.S. discounter Target has two watches on offer, the same Swatch products. Therefore, the presentedSwatch Group recently filed a complaint, it was learned yesterday.
Target have the copyright of the models "Zebra" and "multi-color" violated.
The copies were of inferior quality and that consumers would confuse it says in the lawsuit. Swatch calls for a ban on the sale and damages for lost sales.
On warnings of the retailers did not respond. A Target spokesman said the company respects the intellectual property rights of others, and take the same right for themselves to complete.
